Landon just kind of stood by to let Elise take charge. He was as intrigued as her, but as she'd pretty much asked all his questions, he didn't say anything.

"We're in Skye City," Alexander explained, answering their second question. He looked up into the air, smiling fondly at the city.

"It's a city that belongs to only people like us," Idina explained further. "Sacrifices and Fighter Units. Normal people don't know about us, or this city. Didn't you ever wonder why you two felt so connected, so...bonded to each other?"

Elise looked from Landon to the others again. "I guess I wondered, yeah. The name thing was always weird, too," she said, remembering how weirded out they were when they found out that they had the same word in the same place. "So what can Sacrifices and Fighter Units do?" She couldn't even imagine what this meant. Did this change anything? What were they supposed to do? She didn't want to ask all these questions, mainly because she figured they'd be answered eventually. She just couldn't wait to find out what she could do, if anything.

"I've always noticed that sometimes when I say something strongly enough, it...makes things happen," Landon commented, looking at Elise meaningfully. He always felt so much stronger when she was around. Maybe this was why. "Er...what's a Sacrifice and a Fighter Unit?"

"I'm a Fighter Unit," Alexander chirped.

He coughed and backed away, because that wasn't really what he was asking. He'll just let Dina explain everything.

Dina rolled her eyes at her Fighter Unit's foolishness. "From what I gather, Elise, you're the Sacrifice, and Landon is the Fighter Unit," she explained. She went on to explain about how the Fighter Unit takes orders from the Sacrifice, and then about how spell battles work, and what each of them do for each other, and all that jazz in the simplest possible way. "And that's basically it."

Truth be told there was way more to it, but she only wished to go over the basics with these newcomers for now. They would learn more on their own.

"Well that was a lot," Elise stated, looking blankly ahead as she tried to process everything. "A lot a lot." She finally started to grasp reality, looking to the two ahead. "So...what now? Do we just go back home?" She hated asking so many questions. She figured it was probably getting pretty annoying, but she didn't want to apologize either, since it wasn't her fault that she was so curious about what she was.

She glanced over at Landon for a second, her attention quickly going back to Endless.

Landon was fascinated. Spell battles? It was like he had...special powers or something. =] Cooooool. "Wait, I want to know more!" he exclaimed. He looked to Elise. "Can we stay, Elise?" He wanted to learn more. This was so cool, it was like something that could only happen in a dream. Life was suddenly so interesting.

Alexander felt like it was his turn to pipe in. "And also," he said to Landon. "Did you feel like a sort of force was like...I dunno, pushing you?"

Elise looked to Landon like a little kid asking for candy. She thought of their parents. They didn't care if they stayed out late. She thought of getting home. These people could help them. There seemed to be nothing wrong with what was happening. She trusted these people, and she felt safe with Landon around anyways.

"Yeah, let's stay," she answered with a warm smile. She linked her arm with Landon's again, walking towards the two. "Would you mind showing us around a bit?"

She looked to Landon as the guy asked if he had felt a push. That was for sure, he had felt something. She looked to him to answer, glad that this city wasn't creepy or awful and that these people weren't crazy rapists, or Landon would have had to kick their asses. >:3 She loved her Landon oh so much. Even more now because he could do cool stuff with words! =D

"A push?" Landon repeated, thinking of the force that had slammed into his head. "More like a shove. It hurt." He rubbed his head. "What was that, anyways?"

He was glad that Elise wanted to stay. If she trusted these people, then so did he. And even if things did go bad, he would protect her no matter what.

Alexander couldn't help but grin at the fact that he actually hurt Landon, it just ment that he was strong!

"Well, being a Fighter Unit," he began to explain. "You can feel other Fighter Units' presence. Which is what you felt a little bit earlier!"
